Catholics: the lady of light?

Dear Reverend,
I'm an undergraduate from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya.
I'm methodist. This morning i met a lecturer who is catholic and he told us about the witnessing of the Lady of Light and Lady of Fatima, he told us there was proves from some countries and 70,000 people who really witnessed that view. So i was so annoyed by his "lecture" and really want to know whether the incidents that he mentioned is really a "true" incident from God? I've found the website about the incidents. And i really don't have any idea to continue discuss with the lecturer and i believe our believes is not depend on these "miracle views". I really want to understand more about why catholics take so serious on these views and what is your comment on this topic?

You can reply with using Chinese words, i would certainly understand.
Your truly,

First of all, who is that lady? Mother of Jesus Christ, Mary? Mary is not God, she has human flesh.
If we really see the 'light of God' descending from heaven, we will not be able to go online, go shopping, go to church, go to work anymore... because it's the end of the world - 'The Judgment Day' approached.
Beware: 'for there will come up false Christs, and false prophets, who will do great signs and wonders,so that if possible even the saints might be tricked'.(Matthew 24:24)
God bless.

Dear Janet Leong,
Thank you for your reply,I really appreaciate it
Actually because we were "lectured" by the lecturer, feeling want to defend our statements but I thought that it was not necessary for me to "fight" back, just listened and left.Actually I don't agree with him by saying that "faith by witnessing",actually that what he said about i really can understand that he got the mixed-feeling with the protestant christians. He said about protestant "condemn" their belief, always saying that their belief is false. But that moment i practice fruit of Spirit-"patience"
just listening and reply what he asked,we just said what should we said, saying what we believe and what we practicing.
Anyway thanks for your reply!
God bless you!

'Faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the sign that the things not seen are true' (Hebrew 11:1).
Glad you are imitating Christ's footsteps, keep up your good work.
Only trust what is written in the bible. If you have doubt, ask God for His wisdom to understand His words.
God bless.
